  • Overview

    The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of Pocydon's Cyber group's operations that contribute to seamless day-to-day business practices. These aspects include financial and accounting reporting, facilities and property maintenance and expansion coordination, program coordination including scheduled and ad-hoc reporting, procurement, travel, and other business integration items.


    Provide overall business support to Pocydon Cyber Group and leadership--including, but not limited to, updating weekly reporting slides and waterfall charts, participating in strategy dicsussions. Cyber Group Program Coordination and Management and Reporting.

    Managing Operations and Business Support Integration Items. Managing the facilitation of payroll for Melbourne employees, working with Corporate to ensure accurate entry/processing. Financial Reporting and Accounting responsibilities, working with key leadership on ensuring budget is managed and adhered to for business forecasting.Working with management to write and coordinate position descriptions with the Human Resources team.

    Facilities Manager, serving as main POC for vendors, while managing day-to-day services, deliveries, reorders for office equipment, supplies and pantry items; managing Maintenance and Service vendors, to include cleaners, Internet/Phone Services, etc for Melbourne and Greenville locations.

    Project Management for any Melbourne office location updates/upgrades/changes. Continously lead Facility upgrade initiatives and expansion projects, to include secure room build-outs and office expansion as the number of employees grow.

    Serve as support to internal staff for various ad-hoc issues, covering finance, personnel, etc.


    • Experience in Job Cost Accounting and well-versed in government program financial reporting requirements.
    • Knowledgeable in Program Security to help fill out required documents for facility and personnel clearances.
    • Great written and verbal communication skills; Comprehensive planning and coordination skills.
    • Organized and reliable, self-starter. Must be able to move out on a project or task with little direction.
    • Extensive business and leadership skills in managing business operations. Must be able to have a vision of how to build a smooth running business from the ground up.
    • Bachelor's in Business Administration, or equivalent experience in related field; MBA preferred.
    • 15+ years' experience in Business Operations role; 5+ years' experience managing others.
    • Ability to obtain a FSO certification.
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen. TS/SCI Clearances Required.
