Assists in maintaining overall data from various sources and communicating with relevant parties the status of all candidates/new employees to build a bench of personnel; communicating with hires regarding deployment scheduling as well as status throughout the overall process (post training).


  • Maintains employee communications, assists with maintenance of Deployment related items in company personnel master database to include, but not limited to: items such as required documentation needed for deployment, number of personnel in each role, deployment status, LOA/visa information and other relevant details.
  • Assists Deployment Manager in determination of candidate deployment viability based on project vetting criteria for deployment through use of company personnel master database, inter-departmental coordination, as well as other relevant database/network drive searches.
  • Tracks all visa and LOA processing for all personnel deploying and working on the program.  Communicates deployment post slots/timelines to hires; requests travel bookings for deployment.
  • Coordinates with travel team to track travel for Expats and TCN's to the Middle East and related countries through the Program Office; relays travel details to process stakeholders, in-country recipients, and payroll.
  • Coordinates with Deployment Manager to collect information specific to deployment priority and track forward motion on deployment of identified personnel.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, meeting their needs and the needs of the organization.
  • Ability to think logically and analyze business process requirements in order to ensure contract and company compliance. 
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of work experience required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
