    A Site Supervisor is responsible for managing all guard operations at the complex to which he/she is assigned. This includes ensuring that guard posts are staffed and guards have been trained, equipped, and vetted in accordance with the contract prior to beginning work, and monitoring performance of the guard force to ensure that contract objectives are being met.


    This position is staffed in accordance with the requirements described below:

    • The SS is required to attend the Guard Force training course, as required by the contract.
    • The SS is required to attend the Supervisor training course, as required by the contract.
    • The SS shall maintain weapons qualification on all weapons being utilized by the guards.
    • The SS vetted personnel are authorized to permanently fill the Labor Categories of the senior guard, guard and security screener.
    • In charge of on-site supervision of large groups of guards or specific sectors or functions of the guard program for the site or collection of sites (complex) to which the SS is assigned.

    • US Passport and US State Driver's License required
    • Six (6) to Ten (10) years of military service as an Officer or Senior NCO (E-6 or above), OR Six (6) to Ten (10) years of similar senior police/local guard force supervisory experience
      • Experience and/or service shall include physical security, access control and force protection, and must be similar in complexity and scope to the specific requirements of the Task Order.

    Upon approval, and before beginning work on the contract, the SS shall:

    • Attend and successfully complete the applicable guard training course
    • Attend and successfully complete the supervisor training course
    • US citizen and TCN guard personnel shall qualify with the Glock-19, M4, M240, M249, and Remington 870 shotgun, re-qualifying as required by the task order. LN guard personnel shall obtain firearms qualification on those firearms specified in the task order.
    • Obtain and maintain a personnel security clearance/public trust certification as identified in the task order.
    • Complete the WPS Physical Readiness Test at the 65% performance level, and maintain that fitness level for the duration of his/her service on the task order. 
    • Possess no impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy in general, or to the country or countries assigned in the applicable task order in specific.
