Overview

Responsibilities

  • Assists the OM in providing leadership, management, and direction for task order support personnel.
  • Manages all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, and assessing performance of assigned support personnel.
  • Ensures that all task order support personnel abide by the contract mandated standards of conduct as described in SOW – Attachment 4, Standards of Conduct.
  • Plans, designs, and manages buildings and grounds, as well as managing the associated support personnel.
  • Responsible for compound operations and maintenance, including but are not limited to:
    • Space and workplace planning
    • Budgeting
    • Lease management
    • Renovations
    • Facility planning and design
  • Ensures that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards.
  • Responsible for monitoring the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Assigns and allocates Contractor-provided housing and other task order resources. For task orders using Government-provided housing, responsible for coordinating with Post management for the smooth transition-in and transition-out of Contractor personnel.

Qualifications

  • Must be a US citizen. 
  • Must possess either: 
    • A Master’s degree from an accredited institution and four (4) years of applicable work experience 
      • A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government logistics and support services programs and/or facility design and management. Experience performing such work in high threat environments is preferred.
      • A minimum of one (1) year of this experience must have been supervisory experience.
    • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and seven (7) years of applicable work experience 
      • A minimum of five (5) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government logistics and support services programs and/or facility design and management. Experience performing such work in high threat environments is preferred.
      • A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience.
    • An Associate’s degree from an accredited institution and ten (10) years of applicable work experience. 
      • A minimum of seven (7) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government logistics and support services programs and/or facility design and management. Experience performing such work in high threat environments is preferred.
      • A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience.
