Serves as the LPMO's first-line operational representative for WPS business, contract compliance and operations. Oversees staffing management and execution of the WPS II contract Statement-of-Work (SOW) objectives in accordance with Program Manager's direction and company policies/procedures. Ensures unity of effort, economy of scale, efficiency of operations, resource conservation, and effective direction of the deployed staff's mission in concert with the SOW. The incumbent will be responsible for performing work in accordance with the Company’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct and - thus - functioning as role models, and evaluating subordinates (if applicable) based on their commitment to the Code.
