Overview:

This position is responsible for pricing projects, providing business / financial reports and analysis on an established of projects and handling various projects administrative functions. These functions include working with the accounting department to set up projects for billing, collections, supporting HR issues, contract administration, etc., as necessary. 

 



Responsibilities:
  • Work with Business Development and Operations to develop pricing for proposals to include development of cost, spreadsheets, gathering of estimates and writing narratives
  • Create project budgets from pricing models
  • Interface with the accounting department in the set-up and modification of contracts and the period financial results analysis of contracts
  • Develops financial management data reflecting financial condition and operating results
  • Work with operations project/program managers to ensure they have the information required to manage projects to the pre-established budgets and optimize financial and operation and financial performance
  • Insure current Certificates of Insurance are maintained on current contracts
  • Assist in preparing for outside audits
  • Comply with and keep current on company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of the organization as it relates to a specific service line (i.e. corporate capabilities, history, client relationships, chain of command, etc.)


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, international business, accounting or finance or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of (5) five years of related experience
  • Intermediate/advanced experience with Microsoft Office and its subordinate software
  • Customer focused, quality driven, team player with ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to travel, potentially internationally
  • Comply with Company policies and procedures and other practices set forth by upper management directives
  • Demonstrate experience analyzing and presenting complex data in an easy-to-understand format
  • Ability to communicate technically-complex subject matter to all levels of an organization
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
